in order to connect the bien activities on local and international level, bien has a threefold structure:
1. bien people all around the baltic sea fill the network with life, using the ressources of the network, contributing their ideas, talents, questions and visions. they are networking across the borders of confession, language and nationality.
2. bien contactpersons - are responsible for bien networking on local level and national bien teams.
3. bien international team is responsible for the international networking of bien
